That grabbed our attention and we decided to go there and check it out for ourselves. We made reservations for a mid week dinner just one day in advance. Roaring Fork location was not hard to find. From Scottsdale Road we turned on to Chaparral Road and followed the signs. On the bottom floor of a large modern office building we noticed the entrance and the sign. The parking lot was large and there were plenty of free spots to accommodate quite a few vehicles.
