In the Redondo Beach Marina, an ice skating rink called Seaside Ice was set up for everyone’s enjoyment. Enough sponsors were found, enough support from local residents, businesses, city, politicians and anyone else that gives support for projects like these. The rink has been constructed and already put into use. The official start date was November 18th and the opening gala included a performance by a professional ice skating group. The outside temperature in Southern California has been varying between fifty and seventy degrees Fahrenheit these days and the sight of a larger ice covered surface certainly brings interest.
